Adolescent Therapy
At Compadre Therapy, our adolescent therapy services are specially designed to support young people as they navigate the unique challenges of adolescence. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapies, we provide teens with the tools to manage emotions, build resilience, and develop a healthy sense of self. Rooted in the NASW Code of Ethics and guided by Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, we are committed to fostering an environment where adolescents feel safe, respected, and empowered to express themselves.
In the spirit of being a “compadre”—a trusted companion on the journey—our therapists offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where adolescents can explore their thoughts, struggles, and dreams. We recognize that this time of life can be filled with stress, self-doubt, and the desire for independence. By addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, peer relationships, family dynamics, and self-esteem, we help teens develop healthy coping mechanisms and a sense of purpose. At Compadre Therapy, we stand beside each adolescent, guiding them as they grow, discover their strengths, and forge a path toward a fulfilling and authentic future.
